Future SBWG Work Programme. 11.2.1 The Work Programme of the SBWG is outlined in section 3 of the AC Work Programme (ANNEX 5). The Committee endorsed this Work Programme following discussion under Agenda Item 12.1. 12.1 Advisory Committee Work Programme 2016-2018 12.1.1 The Work Programme (AC9 Doc 12) adopted by MoP5 was introduced by the Chair. It had been developed further during the meetings of PaCSWG3 and SBWG7. A final version of the Work Programme was agreed (ANNEX 5). 12.1.2 Some actions in the Work Programme have a cost indicated against them (in Australian dollars). These figures are indicative only. The value of work to implement the Work Programme that is carried out by Parties, Range States, Observer Organisations and the Secretariat, and many scientists on their budgets and in their time, is not included. 12.1.3 Following a proposal by Australia, the Committee tasked the TWG to review the nomenclature for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ creatopus syn. Puffinus creatopus (Pink- footed Shearwater) and prepare a report for the consideration of AC10 and MoP6 about its findings. 12.1.4 Chile noted that the issue of climate change and its effects on the conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels was not included in the Work Programme. The Chair suggested that this should be included as an item in the AC10 Agenda, and Chile agreed to provide a paper on the issue for AC10. The Chair encouraged other Parties and Observers to consider providing papers also.
Future SBWG Work Programme. 12.2.1 The Committee endorsed the Working Group’s 2015 Work Programme (AC8 Doc 16 Rev 3) and its proposed 2016-2018 Work Programme (AC8 Doc 17 Rev 3) following discussion under Agenda Items 13.1 and 13.2 respectively. 13.1 Advisory Committee Work Programme 2013-2015 13.1.1 The 2015 Work Programme (AC8 Doc 16 Rev 2) was introduced by the Chair. It had been developed during the meetings of PaCSWG2 and SBWG6, and following suggestions and discussion, actions that were completed were noted (with strikethrough text) and further actions (numbered separately) were decided upon. Some actions include further notes or have been amended to better describe the Topic or Task. A final version of the Work Programme was agreed (AC8 Doc 16 Rev 3). 13.1.2 Some actions in the Work Programme have a cost indicated against them (in Australian dollars). The value of work to implement the Work Programme that is carried out by Parties, Range States, Observer Organisations and the Secretariat, and many scientists on their budgets and in their time, is not included. 13.1.3 The UK noted that, given the potential significant consequences to ACAP of a widescale change of taxonomy, and that since the new BirdLife International taxonomy had only recently been published, the Taxonomy Working Group should not rush to conclusions on harmonisation of taxonomies but be informed by the views of the wider taxonomic community.

  • Modified Work Program The Employer shall provide modified work for any employee injured on the job as per the requirements of the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board. The employee must co-operate in developing and participating in, a modified work program suited to his capabilities, and with the approval of his physician and/or the WSIB. Both the Employer and the employee shall work together to return the employee to good health and his regular duties.

  • Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Employer and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their safe return to work. The parties undertake to provide safe and meaningful employment for all nurses based on the following objectives and principles:

  • Programme 13.1 Within the time stated in the Contract Data, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval a Programme showing the general methods, arrangements,' order and timing for all the activities for the construction of works. 13.2 The program shall be supported with all the details regarding key personnel, equipment and machinery proposed to be deployed on the works for its execution. The contractor shall submit the list of equipment and machinery being brought to site, the list of key personnel being deployed, the list of machinery/equipment being placed in field laboratory and the location of field laboratory along with the Programme.

  • PROJECT WORK PLAN The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from DFPS and the Grantee.
