Future Services. Developer shall oversee construction of the Apartment Housing on Owner's behalf, as provided in this Section 2.3(b)(1). Owner shall allow Developer full access to the Apartment Housing during the construction period. Developer and Developer's agents shall perform their work in a manner that minimizes interference with the management and operation of the Apartment Housing.
