Common use of GAME RESTRICTIONS Clause in Contracts

GAME RESTRICTIONS. a. Discretionary Content Ban. • The Champions, Items, Skin Sets, cards, mounts, or other Game content (“Virtual Content”) set forth on Exhibit 1 of these Rules, attached hereto and incorporated herein, are banned in PCS and may not be used in any PCS Games. For the avoidance of doubt, no component of a Skin Set that has either been set forth in Exhibit 1 or otherwise banned as set forth in these rules may be used, including but not limited to head, body, weapon, and voice pack parts. • Virtual Content may be banned by an Administrator at any time, in their sole discretion, either orally or in writing. Players may be notified of such content bans at the earliest convenience of an Administrator. An Administrator’s notice to a Team Captain shall be sufficient under this subsection.
