Common use of Garage Space Clause in Contracts

Garage Space. Landlord and Tenant are also parties to that certain Garage Space Lease (the “Garage Lease,” attached hereto as Exhibit I) for approximately 5,449 usable square feet of storage space including helicopter fuel storage and appurtenant equipment in the Garage, at the locations shown in the drawings attached to Exhibit I. Separate storage areas within ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Plaza East (approximately 1,525 SF) are included as a part of the Premises hereunder and not subject to the Garage Lease (“Building Storage”). Tenant shall also have the right to use portions of the Garage as described in Section 23.
