Garbage Cans. It is the resposibility of tenants to move garbage and recylable containers to the curb or alley-way for weekly pick-up. Additionally, all containers must be restored in their original location within one day of garbage/recyclables pick-up. During winter months, all containers must be shoveled free of snow within 12 hours of a snowfall. Any fines the city of Milwaukee may impose due to failure to comply will be charged back to tenants.

Sand shall be removed from concrete walkways. Litter will be picked up from all contractor mowed areas including contractor mowed areas along access roads.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.
