GAS NOMINATION PROCEDURES Clause Samples

The Gas Nomination Procedures clause defines the process by which parties specify the quantities of gas to be delivered or received during a given period. Typically, this involves the buyer submitting a schedule or nomination to the seller within a set timeframe, often daily or monthly, indicating the required volumes and delivery points. This clause ensures both parties coordinate their operations efficiently, minimizing the risk of supply shortfalls or surpluses and providing a clear framework for managing delivery expectations.
GAS NOMINATION PROCEDURES. Pursuant to Clause 5.4.7 of the Agreement, the User may nominate gas for vaporization and delivery from the FSRU to the Gas Delivery Point.
GAS NOMINATION PROCEDURES. Introduction: This Schedule 2 outlines the principles governing Charterer’s and Owner’s notifications and nominations of gas dispatch volumes from the Vessel to the Downstream Systems, as may be amended from time to time to be consistent with industry practice (hereinafter the “Gas Nomination Procedures”).
