GAS SYSTEM Clause Samples

The GAS SYSTEM clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of gas supply systems within a property or project. It typically outlines which party is responsible for ensuring that the gas system complies with relevant safety standards and regulations, and may specify procedures for inspections, repairs, or upgrades. By clearly allocating duties and setting compliance standards, this clause helps prevent disputes over safety, liability, and ongoing maintenance of the gas infrastructure.
