Ge Materials. As between GE and Supplier, GE shall own (or possess rights necessary under this Agreement to license) Materials it discloses or provides to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW and/or PO (“GE Materials”). GE hereby grants Supplier a restricted, nonexclusive, revocable, license during the Term to make those limited uses of GE Materials that are and solely as necessary to provide the Services and Deliverables to GE. Supplier shall not use GE Materials for the benefit of any other person or entity other than GE without GE’s prior written consent, which may be withheld at GE’s sole discretion. Except as otherwise approved in writing by GE, Supplier shall cease all use of GE Materials upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement or any surviving SOW that specifically applies to such GE Materials (whichever occurs later). No other licenses or rights to the GE Materials are granted under this Agreement or any SOW and/or PO, all of which are reserved by GE.
Ge Materials. Section 4.01. Prior to the Trigger Date. Until the Trigger Date and subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in Section 4.04, GE shall permit Company and its Subsidiaries to use the GE Materials in accordance with GE’s standard policies, procedures and guidelines for use thereof by its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. B. Efforts shall be continued to seek and use instructional materials which reflect the contribution and presence of diverse ethnic and cultural groups. C. 1. Selection of instructional materials for each school shall be made by a committee of teachers chosen by the faculty within that school.
