Common use of General Amendments Clause in Contracts

General Amendments. 19.1 Subject to your right to terminate this Agreement provided for in clause 16 above, SAMRO may at its own discretion, amend the terms upon which this Licence is granted at any time. 19.2 The Licensee agrees to be bound by any and all General Amendments from the date specified in the General Amendment Notice. 19.3 SAMRO may, at its own discretion, amend any errors which are self-evident errors including but without limitation spelling, punctuation, reference, grammar or similar or any other defect that does not materially affect the meaning and intent of this Licence Agreement.
