Common use of General Amendments Clause in Contracts

In the event that the total Payment Limit of this Contract is less than $200,000 and this Contract was executed by the County’s Purchasing Agent, this Contract may be modified or amended by a written document executed by Contractor and the County’s Purchasing Agent or the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, subject to any required state or federal approval.
