GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1. Any Employee leaving the service of the Company will, upon request, be furnished with a letter setting forth the Company’s record of his job classifications, stating his length of service and rate of pay at the time of leaving the Company. 2. Suitable rain suits will be provided and maintained by the Company. The Company will furnish uniform jackets for Employees and will have uniform parkas and coveralls available in stock for Employees to check out when needed. 3. The Company agrees to provide the Union with bulletin board space Marked “Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association” where Union notices of interest to the Employees may be posted. No political, inflammatory, controversial, or derogatory material will be permitted thereon. 4. The Company will cause to be printed and distributed to each Employee a copy of this Agreement and will provide the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association with fifty (50) copies of the Labor Agreement. 5. Airline trip passes will be issued to qualified Employees in accordance with existing Company policy. 6. Subject to pre-existing policies and contractual commitments, Employees covered by this Agreement will be treated no less favorable than other Employee groups in prioritizing space available access to jumpseats. 7. Any deviation from this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement between the Company and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association. Such mutual agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties thereto. 8. The Company will continue to allow Employees a reasonable amount of time to wash-up prior to punching out. 9. Supervisors/Tech Supervisors and higher ranking officials will not be permitted to perform work of any hourly rated job covered by this Agreement except in emergencies or instructing or training of Employees or assisting in troubleshooting. 10. Where Employees have become physically unable to perform their regular work, the Union and the Company will cooperate in attempting to place such Employees in a position within their classification for which they are qualified and able to perform, or by mutual agreement in a lower classification for which they are qualified and able to perform. 11. The Employee will be allowed four (4) work days leave with pay at the Employee’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of attending the funeral of a member of his or her immediate family. Such days will be taken within the days immediately preceding and/or following the funeral. Members of the immediate family will consist of the Employee’s mother, father, or legal guardian in lieu thereof, step-mother, step-father, spouse, children, step-children, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law and father-in-law. If additional days are required, such days may be taken without pay or will be deducted from the Employee’s vacation or floating holiday allowance. If the Employee has no accrued vacation or floating holidays in his bank, the Employee may use up to four (4) accrued sick days as additional leave. 12. If an Employee’s regularly scheduled work shift begins on one calendar day and extends into the following calendar day, the day worked (for determining pay and holidays, etc.) will be considered to be the day on which his shift started. 13. The Company agrees to provide a locked, secure area where Employees’ tools and tool boxes may be kept. By providing such facilities, however, the Company does not thereby insure the safety of any tools or tool boxes kept therein, nor does it assume the liability of replacing any items which may be lost or stolen therefrom, except that the Company will reimburse an Employee covered by this Agreement for the loss by fire of his personal tools and tool box occasioned by a fire on Company premises or while the Employee is on Company business. It is further understood and agreed that when a mechanic is required by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to service, the Company will reimburse such mechanic if his personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. This Agreement is subject to the following limitations and conditions: a. To qualify for reimbursement under this section, the Employee must have on file with the Company a complete inventory of his personal tools regularly used on Company business and kept on Company premises or used in connection with emergency field service. Such inventory is subject to verification by the Company. Tools which are added to the Employee’s tool box after the inventory will not be covered until the tools are added to the inventory; b. Tools which are not essential to the performance of the job will not be permitted to be included in the inventory; c. Missing individual tools are not covered; d. Tool boxes excessively damaged while being shipped for field service use will be repaired or replace. 14. All orders or notices to an Employee covered by the Agreement involving a transfer, promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline, or leave of absence will be given in writing with a copy to the Union. No letter or notice for violation of Company rules will be used in the determining of discipline if such notice has been in the Employee’s file for twelve (12) months and there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the twelve (12) month period. All letter or reprimand or warning will be removed from an Employee’s file after twelve (12) months from date letter is placed in the file. 15. When an Employee passes his probationary period he will be issued a set of five (5) uniforms. Each Employee will utilize the automated uniform ordering process made available to all covered Employees by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. Each Employee will be given an expense account with a minimum dollar amount equal to five (5) complete uniform sets per year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisor. Should an Employee’s uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim the Employee should consult with his Supervisor. All Employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employees. 16. If there is any change during the life of this Agreement in the licenses Employees covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees affected will be given a reasonable period of time from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will be no change in their status or pay during said period.

GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. (a) Subject to applicable law, reasonable smoking and refreshments during hours of duty will be permitted in designated areas, provided an employee shall not leave the job to indulge in such smoking and refreshments without permission. (b) The Company agrees that there shall be no established maximum age limit in the hiring of employees. (c) As appropriate, staff shall be provided with customer contact uniforms or workwear to the specifications stated in the Company’s Uniform regulations without cost to the employee. Employees losing such garments shall be required to replace same at their own expense. When an employee leaves the service of the Company, such garments will be returned to the Company. Employees required to wear a uniform must report for the start of their shift in uniform. British Airways will assist in the laundering and cleaning of uniforms in the following manner: 1. Each affected employee will receive by December 15th of each year the sum of $250.00 to cover all cleaning and laundering costs incurred during the year. This amount will be pro-rated for employees who may have worked less than a full year. Employees assigned to Special Services will be eligible to receive such payment. 2. This allowance shall not apply to employees whose uniforms are presently being delivered or laundered at Company expense by an out- side cleaning service. Employees who wear uniforms which are laundered by the Company will be issued a minimum of five (5) shirts and two (2) pairs of trousers each week. 3. This reimbursement shall not apply to extraordinary expenses such as repairs or alterations. 4. British Airways reserves the right to change this procedure by contracting with a service which will provide cleaning and laundering of entire uniforms at Company expense. Such change would be made at the beginning of the calendar year. (d) A place shall be provided inside all Company shops and hangars marked “International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers” where Union notices of interest to the employees will be posted; however, no political circulars, propaganda or advertisements will be placed on these bulletin boards. (e) The Company shall provide each employee covered by this Agreement with a copy of the Agreement printed in a Union shop and bound in a convenient pocket-size booklet. (f) It is understood and agreed that the Company will not lock out any employee covered hereby, and the Union will not authorize or take part in any strike, or picketing of Company premises during the life of this Agreement, until the procedures for settling disputes as provided herein, and as provided by the Railway Labor Act as amended, have been exhausted. (g) The Chairperson of Shop Stewards across all Agreements shall be scheduled to work within the operation four hours per day. The other four hours, per day, of his/her work day he/she shall be considered over and above the normal requirements for that shift and he/she will be free to conduct union related affairs under the Agreements and in so doing will get clearance from his/her Section Head or his designee to enter work areas. However, it is understood that the provisions of Article I (b) will apply relative to such activities. For purposes of disciplinary hearings, an employee may request the Chairperson of Shop Stewards, provided the Chairperson is from the employee’s respective contract, or the Chief Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from their respective contract to act as their representative. The representative will be released from duty to attend the hearing, subject to operational requirements, paid for lost straight time hours and, if required, provided with free space available travel in line with agreed pass policies. The hearing will be rescheduled as necessary until such time as the Company can release the representative from duty. (h) The IAM Negotiating Committee may consist of two employee representatives per contract. The President & Directing General Chairperson of District 142 will be the one who determines whether it will be one or two representatives per contract. British Airways will pay the wages of one (1) union representative per contract during negotiations, but not overtime. Expenses will be the responsibility of the IAM. When Shop Stewards or other employees wish to undertake union activities at the request of the IAMAW, the Company, subject to operational requirements and without pay, will endeavor to release them. (i) Any Employee employee leaving the service of the Company will, upon on request, be furnished with a letter setting forth the individual’s qualifications and length of service. (j) If new equipment is put into service by the Company, employees shall be given every opportunity to become familiar with the new equipment without change in classification. (k) British Airways will handle Caledonian Airways flights that operate to JFK. At stations outside JFK manned by employees covered by this Agreement, BA will bid to handle Caledonian Airways on a competitive basis who will be free to accept the most competitive bid. Caledonian Airways flights to other destinations will not be handled by British Airways. Any charter flights operated by BA to manned on-line stations will be handled by employees covered by this Agreement. Flights into locations not manned by BA shall be handled at the Company’s record of his job classifications, stating his length of service and rate of pay at the time of leaving the Companydiscretion. 2. Suitable rain suits (l) All Ops II qualified staff in Customer Service will be provided and maintained by the Companywith route familiarization flights subject to Company requirements. The Company reserves the right to select the route to be flown. However every effort will furnish uniform jackets for Employees and be made to select the route which will have uniform parkas and coveralls available in stock for Employees to check out when neededprovide the optimum amount of applicable experience. 3. The Company agrees to provide the Union with bulletin board space Marked “Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association” where Union notices of interest to the Employees may be posted. No political, inflammatory, controversial, or derogatory material (m) Full-time employees will be permitted thereonto engage in an outside profession, trade, or business while employed by British Airways. Full-time employees who wish to engage in outside profession, trade or business while employed by British Airways will be required to: (1) Provide to the People Department written notice of their secondary employer details (name of secondary employer/company, address and telephone contact, and number of hours regularly scheduled to work) prior to starting the new job/occupation. 4. The Company will cause (2) Employees who are absent from work due to be printed and distributed to each Employee a copy of this Agreement and will provide the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association with fifty (50) copies of the Labor Agreement. 5. Airline trip passes will be issued to qualified Employees in accordance with existing Company policy. 6. Subject to pre-existing policies and contractual commitmentsillness, Employees covered by this Agreement will be treated no less favorable than other Employee groups in prioritizing space available access to jumpseats. 7. Supervisors/Tech Supervisors and higher ranking officials will not be permitted to perform work of any hourly rated job covered by this Agreement except in emergencies or instructing or training of Employees or assisting in troubleshooting. 10. Where Employees have become physically unable to perform their regular work, the Union and the Company will cooperate in attempting to place such Employees engage in a position within their classification for which they are qualified and able to perform, or by mutual agreement in a lower classification for which they are qualified and able to perform. 11. GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1(a) Reasonable refreshments, during hours of duty, will be permitted in designated areas, which may be inside or outside the facility, provided an employee shall not leave the job to indulge in such refreshments without permission. Any Employee leaving Smoking will not be permitted within an Aer Lingus facility. New laws and/or local regulations governing smoking shall prevail for all locations outside the facility. No letter Service and/or personnel records will be made available for examination during non-working hours upon request by an employee covered by this Agreement or notice from a General Chairman of the District. Disciplinary letters will be removed from an employee’s personnel file after one (1) year two (2) years provided that the employee has had a clean record in the one (1) two (2) year period. (d) Employees who fail to wear proper uniforms and/or equipment pursuant to Paragraph (d) will not be permitted to work and will not be paid for the time lost for the first and second warning. In the event of a third or subsequent warning, the employee will be subject to discipline up to and including discharge. (e) Supervisory Personnel, including Team Leaders, shall not perform work under the contract except in the case of emergency. (f) A place shall be provided inside of all Company work areas marked “International Association of Machinists” where Union notices of interest employees may be posted; however, no political circulars, propaganda or advertisements will be placed on these bulletin boards. (g) The Company shall provide each employee covered by this Agreement with a copy of the Agreement. (h) All orders or assignments of work issues to personnel shall be relayed through the respective Supervisor or Senior Agent, to eliminate misunderstanding or disorder. (i) Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Company from paying to an individual employee hereunder, a higher rate of compensation than the rate established in this Agreement. (j) It is understood and agreed that the Company will not lock out any employee covered hereby, and the Union will not authorize or take part in any strike or picketing of the Company premises during the life of this Agreement, until the procedures for settling disputes as provided herein and as provided by the Railway Labor Act, as amended, have been exhausted. (k) It is forbidden for any employee to engage in drinking alcoholic beverages while in uniform or when on duty, or to come to work under the influence of alcohol, or use of illegal drugs. (l) The Company should make available to all employees hereunder an up-to-date Personnel Manual. (m) In the event of inclement weather employees hereunder shall not be treated in a discriminatory manner as compared to the general policy implemented for non-Union staff. (n) During the life of this Agreement, travel privileges will not be discontinued while they generally remain available to other employees of the Company. (o) It shall not be considered a violation of the Agreement for the Company rules to sell its products on-line. (p) Staff will be used required to pay fines imposed by the Port Authority/Federal Agency for unauthorized access to restricted areas, improper use of identification Cards and similar types of conduct. Fines for lost ID’s will be paid by the Company on the first occasion; any fines for subsequent loss will be paid by the employee. In accordance with past practice, the Company will assist its employees in dealing with the determining agencies involved regarding such fines. The Company will provide necessary information to its employees regarding restrictions on ID use. (q) Effective January 1, 2019, and for the term of discipline if such notice has been in this Agreement, the Employee’s file Company will start a program that provides paid vision insurance for twelve (12) months and all employees under this agreement with an implementation date yet to be determined. For all new-hire employees hired after the date of signing of this Agreement, there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the shall be a twelve (12) month periodwaiting period to enroll. (r) Aer Lingus will guarantee for the life of the contract any employee covered by this contract who is currently working at the Jericho facility a job in a brick and mortar location if they choose. This may not necessarily be at the current location but within a 50-mile radius. The IAM agrees the minimum staffing levels in employees covered by this agreement can reduce by attrition. The Company will no longer be required to order new or additional uniformsback fill to maintain 15 full-time positions in the brick and mortar call center. Each Employee The brick and mortar call center staffing level can drop below 5 full time employees under the Reservations Agent Agreement (Senior Reservations Agents, Reservations Agents, Ticketing Agent, and Senior Cargo Reservation Agent) provided that any of those 5 employees have requested to work from home. Before the brick and mortar call center staffing level can drop below 5 full-time employees under the Reservations Agent Agreement (Senior Reservations Agent, Reservations Agent, Ticketing Agent, Senior Cargo Reservations Agent, and Cargo Reservations Agent) the Company will be given an expense account required to agree and discuss with the union a minimum dollar amount equal to five (5) complete uniform sets per year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rainfull-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisor. Should an Employee’s uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim the Employee should consult with his Supervisor. All Employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employees. 16time staff minimum. If there is no agreement, then it will be resolved through the grievance process. The Company will have the right to operate a single shift operation Monday – Friday at the brick and mortar call center and operate the call center remotely on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and evenings after 6:00 p.m. The closing shift Senior Agent and weekend Senior Agent will work remotely. When Senior Agents who are working remotely are at lunch or experiencing any change during the life of this Agreement technical malfunctions and there is a requirement for an upgrade and there is no available qualified staff member in the licenses Employees brick and mortar call center, the most senior staff member covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees affected who is working remotely will be given a reasonable period of time from upgraded. If there is no available staff member covered by this Agreement, the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will most senior staff member covered by the Reservations Associates Agreement may be no change in their status or pay during said periodupgraded.

GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1. The Company agrees to provide a locked, secure area where Employees’ tools and tool boxes may be kept. By providing such facilities, however, the Company does not thereby insure the safety of any tools or tool boxes kept therein, nor does it assume the liability of replacing any items which may be lost or stolen therefrom, except that the Company will reimburse an Employee covered by this Agreement for the loss by fire of his personal tools and tool box occasioned by a fire on Company premises or while the Employee is on Company business. It is further understood and agreed that when a mechanic is required by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to service, the Company will reimburse such mechanic if his personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. This Agreement is subject to the following limitations and conditions: a. To qualify for reimbursement under this section, the Employee must have on file with the Company a complete inventory of his personal tools regularly used on Company business and kept on Company premises or used in connection with emergency field service. Such inventory is subject to verification by the Company. Tools which are added to the Employee’s tool box after the inventory will not be covered until the tools are added to the inventory; b. Tools which are not essential to the performance of the job will not be permitted to be included in the inventory; c. Missing individual tools are not covered; d. All orders or notices to an Employee employee covered by the Agreement involving a transfer, promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline, or leave of absence will shall be given in writing with a copy to the Union. No letter or of notice for violation of Company rules will be used in the determining of discipline if such notice has been in the Employee’s employee's file for twelve (12) months and there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the twelve (12) month period. When an Employee employee passes his probationary period he will be issued a set of five (5) uniforms. Each Employee will utilize the automated uniform ordering process made available to all covered Employees by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. Each Employee will be given an expense account with a minimum dollar amount equal to five (5) complete uniform sets per year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisoryear. Should an Employee’s employee's uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim interim, the Employee employee should consult with his Supervisorsupervisor. All Employees employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employeesmaintenance employees. 1614. The Company will provide a file drawer for the use of the Union. Said file drawer shall be capable of being locked. 15. If there is any change during the life of this Agreement in the licenses Employees employees covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees employees affected will shall be given a reasonable period of time at least six (6) months from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will shall be no change in their status or to pay during said six (6) month period. 16. Each Employee shall be responsible for clocking themselves in and out. The employee will be responsible for entering their hours of service or premiums other than his regular scheduled shift on the exception log. Authorized company personnel will create and manage a log of work hour exceptions. 17. The Company shall offer all employees covered by this Agreement the option to payroll deduct contributions to the IBT Credit Union, on the same basis as provided for the Southwest Airlines Employees' Federal Credit Union as of the effective date of this Agreement.

(h) The Company should make available to all employees hereunder an up-to-date Personnel Manual. (i) During the life of this Agreement, travel privileges will not be discontinued while they generally remain available to other employees of the Company. (j) Effective January 1, 2019, and for the term of this Agreement, the Company will start a program that provides paid vision insurance for all employees under this agreement with an implementation date yet to be determined. For all new-hire employees hired after the date of signing of this Agreement, there shall be a twelve (12) month periodwaiting period to enroll. Each Employee If the number of agents rostered on duty, during the entire 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. period, does not exceed two, the Company would not require a senior agent. The staff working this shift will be given Reservations Associates and they will perform the duties of Reservations Associates and not the duties of Senior Reservations Sales Agents. (l) The Company will have the right to operate a single shift operation Monday – Friday at the brick-and-mortar call center and operate the call center remotely on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and evenings after 6:00 p.m. The closing shift Senior Agent and weekend Senior Agent will work remotely. It is further understood and agreed that when a mechanic is required by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to service, the Company will reimburse such mechanic if his personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. This Agreement is subject to the following limitations and conditions: a. To qualify for reimbursement under this section, the Employee must have on file with the Company a complete inventory of his personal tools regularly used on Company business and kept on Company premises or used in connection with emergency field service. Such inventory is subject to verification by the Company. Tools which are added to the Employee’s tool box after the inventory will not be covered until the tools are added to the inventory; b. Tools which are not essential to the performance of the job will not be permitted to be included in the inventory; c. Missing individual tools are not covered; d. No letter or notice for violation of Company rules will be used in the determining of discipline if such notice has been in the Employee’s file for twelve (12) months and there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the twelve (12) month period. All letter or reprimand or warning will be removed from an Employee’s file after twelve (12) months from date letter is placed in the file. 15. When an Employee passes his probationary period he will be issued a set of five (5) uniforms. Each Employee will utilize the automated uniform ordering process made available to all covered Employees by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. Each Employee will be given an expense account with a minimum dollar amount equal to five (5) complete uniform sets per year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisor. Should an Employee’s uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim the Employee should consult in compliance with his Supervisor. All Employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employees. 16. If there is any change during the life of this Agreement in the licenses Employees covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees affected will be given a reasonable period of time from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will be no change in their status or pay during said period.Article 13.1.A.

GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1(a) Reasonable refreshments, during hours of duty, will be permitted in designated areas, which may be inside or outside the facility, provided an employee shall not leave the job to indulge in such refreshments without permission. Any Employee leaving Smoking will not be permitted within an Aer Lingus facility. New laws and/or local regulations governing smoking shall prevail for all locations outside the facility. (b) The Company agrees that there shall be no established maximum age limit for the hiring of employees. (c) Service records shall be maintained for all employees by the Company, and upon resignation or discharge from the service of the Company willemployee, upon request, will be furnished with a letter setting forth of same. In discharge cases the Company’s record employee and his District Representative will have access to the service records applicable to the case prior to the holding of any investigation. Subject to pre-existing policies and contractual commitments, Employees covered by this Agreement will be treated no less favorable than other Employee groups in prioritizing space available access to jumpseats. 7. Any deviation from this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement between the Company and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association. Such mutual agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties thereto. 8. The Company will continue to allow Employees a reasonable amount of time to wash-up prior to punching out. 9. Supervisors/Tech Supervisors and higher ranking officials will not be permitted to perform work of any hourly rated job covered by this Agreement except in emergencies or instructing or training of Employees or assisting in troubleshooting. 10. Where Employees have become physically unable to perform their regular work, the Union and the Company will cooperate in attempting to place such Employees in a position within their classification for which they are qualified and able to perform, or by mutual agreement in a lower classification for which they are qualified and able to perform. 11. The Employee will be allowed four (4) work days leave with pay at the Employee’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of attending the funeral of a member of his or her immediate family. Such days will be taken within the days immediately preceding and/or following the funeral. Members of the immediate family will consist of the Employee’s mother, father, or legal guardian in lieu thereof, step-mother, step-father, spouse, children, step-children, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law and father-in-law. If additional days are required, such days may be taken without pay or will be deducted from the Employee’s vacation or floating holiday allowance. (e) Supervisory Personnel, including Team Leaders, shall not perform work under the contract except in the case of emergency. (f) A place shall be provided inside of all Company work areas marked “International Association of Machinists” where Union notices of interest employees may be posted; however, no political circulars, propaganda or advertisements will be placed on these bulletin boards. (g) The Company shall provide each employee covered by this Agreement with a copy of the Agreement. (h) All orders or assignments of work issues to personnel shall be relayed through the respective Supervisor or Senior Agent, to eliminate misunderstanding or disorder. (i) Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Company from paying to an individual employee hereunder, a higher rate of compensation than the rate established in this Agreement. (j) It is understood and agreed that the Company will not lock out any employee covered hereby, and the Union will not authorize or take part in any strike or picketing of the Company premises during the life of this Agreement, until the procedures for settling disputes as provided herein and as provided by the Railway Labor Act, as amended, have been exhausted. (k) It is forbidden for any employee to engage in drinking alcoholic beverages while in uniform or when on duty, or to come to work under the influence of alcohol, or use of illegal drugs. (l) The Company should make available to all employees hereunder an up-to-date Personnel Manual. (m) In the event of inclement weather employees hereunder shall not be treated in a discriminatory manner as compared to the general policy implemented for non-Union staff. (n) During the life of this Agreement, travel privileges will not be discontinued while they generally remain available to other employees of the Company. (o) It shall not be considered a violation of the Agreement for the Company rules to sell its products on-line. (p) Staff will be used required to pay fines imposed by the Port Authority/Federal Agency for unauthorized access to restricted areas, improper use of identification Cards and similar types of conduct. Fines for lost ID’s will be paid by the Company on the first occasion; any fines for subsequent loss will be paid by the employee. In accordance with past practice, the Company will assist its employees in dealing with the determining agencies involved regarding such fines. The Company will provide necessary information to its employees regarding restrictions on ID use. (q) Effective January 1, 2019, and for the term of discipline if such notice has been in this Agreement, the Employee’s file Company will start a program that provides paid vision insurance for twelve (12) months and all employees under this agreement with an implementation date yet to be determined. The employee and supervisor will evaluate his requirements each year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisorthereafter. Should an Employee’s employee's uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim interim, the Employee employee should consult with his Supervisorsupervisor. Should an employee sustain an injury or become ill while on the job, he will report immediately, if possible, to his manager or ranking supervisor on duty. J. Each employee is required to keep the Company advised of his current address and telephone number. (c) If an employee is transferred from a lower to a higher classification, his rate of pay shall begin at the pay rate commensurate with his / her company seniority date under the new classification. (d) If circumstances require that an employee be returned to his lower classification due to not being qualified, or decreased business, he shall be returned to the lower classifications at the same rate of pay as provided for in that classification. (e) Service records shall be maintained for all employees by the Company, and upon written request, the employee shall be furnished with a record of same upon termination of employment. In discharge cases, the employee and his Union Representative shall have access to the personnel records applicable to the case, prior to the holding of any investigation. An employee and his Union Representative shall be permitted to check his sick leave and overtime record. An employee may, upon request, review his service record, and shall be given a copy of anything placed in his service record other than standard Company payroll forms, etc. All warning letters or disciplinary letters will automatically be removed from the employee’s file after 2 years from the date of issue and the warning letters or disciplinary letters removed will not be used in any hearings. Thereafter, any discipline letters issued after ratification of this agreement will remain in the licenses Employees file for two (2) years. (f) The Company will furnish to the Local Lodge President and District 142 Representative the names and classifications of all new employees, and will furnish a listing of all resignations, discharges, and changes in status. (g) The Company shall provide a locked, glass-enclosed Union Bulletin Board in each shop or facility, with the key to be retained by the Local Union President. The board will be identified with the words "International Association of Machinists-Local Lodge 1759". (h) The Company reserves the right to lay-off, suspend, or discharge any employee(s) at any time for violation of the Company's rules or regulations consistent with this Agreement, or other justifiable cause. (i) No employee shall use his own vehicle on Company business unless approved in writing by the Company (j) Upon presentation to the Company of signed authorization cards in conformity with the law, the Company will deduct dues and transmit same to the Union at its designated office no later than the 10th of the month following the month deductions were withheld. The Company shall, after notification by the Union, deduct all amounts in arrears as specified by the Union. (k) The Company shall deduct from payroll deposits to the Credit Union, providing the employees submit signed authorization for this purpose, and the Company shall remit said moneys to the Credit Union electronically on a weekly basis. (l) The Company agrees to furnish each employee covered by this Agreement are with a booklet copy of the Agreement. The District 142 Representative shall be furnished a reasonable number of copies. (m) When is necessary for an employee to be absent from work while engaged in Jury Duty, he shall suffer no loss of pay, and will be guaranteed two days off in a work week. Any compensation received from said service shall be turned over to the Company (n) The Company shall furnish ear muffs to employees required to havewear them, and the employees shall wear them as directed. The Company will provide all Employees affected necessary special items required in the proper performance of the job, i.e., gloves and screwdrivers. (o) The Company will pay the cost of the regular employee parking charge, as established by the Airport Authority, for one automobile per employee at the airport where he is stationed, not to exceed one per permit period. Any charges for replacement or additional permits will be given borne by the employee. (p) The Company will provide a reasonable period safe and protected area for the storage of time from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there mechanic's tool boxes. Mechanics will be no change in provided an annual tool allowance of $350.00 to purchase tools to perform their status or job. The Company will supply all specialty tools and normal shop equipment. The employee will be reimbursed provided they have a receipt. (q) All training required by the Company outside of an employee's regular work hours will be paid for at the applicable overtime rate. Every effort will be made to schedule training other than on an employee's scheduled days off. (r) Rules and bulletins shall be available to all employees. Copies may be requested through an employee's immediate Supervisor for any specific area of interest. Rules and bulletins shall be updated and distributed as circumstances require. (s) The Company has the right to conduct post-accident drug and alcohol testing. Any employee submitting to the above testing will not suffer any loss of pay during said periodas a result of a negative test result.

GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1. Any Employee SECTION A. SECTION B. An employee leaving the service of the Company will, upon request, be furnished with a letter setting forth the Company’s record of his job classifications, stating his length of service service, beginning and ending rate of pay and a list of all classifications hereunder in which such employee has worked. SECTION C. The Company will provide and install locked glass faced bulletin board(s) in location(s) convenient to the employees and agreeable to the Union, for the posting of Union notices. The Union will ▇▇▇▇ such bulletin board(s) with the designation “International Brotherhood of Teamsters”. The keys to such bulletin board(s) will be retained by the Union Business Agent, The Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the appropriate Company officials. SECTION D. The Company will furnish, clean, and maintain five (5) sets of uniforms or overalls for all crane operators, maintenance, die runners and waste treatment operators at no cost to the Companyemployee. SECTION F. No employee or prospective employee shall be asked by the Company to submit to a polygraph or similar lie detector test. SECTION G. When the Company initiates the use of new equipment and/or methods, necessary training with respect to same will be offered to those employees who normally perform the work in the affected classification and department, on Company time, in seniority order, at no cost to the employee. 1. Under government regulation, the Hourly Employee’s Retirement Savings Plan has been established whereby the Company and eligible employees may contribute a specified amount for each hour worked. The funds will be placed in a Retirement trust Account and will be managed by an independent trustee. Company contributions remain in the Trust Fund and cannot be returned to the Company under any circumstances. Provisions are made for a vesting schedule, withdrawal of all or part of each employee’s contribution, temporary suspension of participation and sharing of Company contribution and fund earnings, all in accordance with government regulations. 2. Suitable rain suits The schedule of Company contribution for the term of the contract will be provided and maintained by the Companyas follows: thirty cents ($.30) per hour for each hour worked. Employees covered by this agreement and who have worked for the Company one (1) year have the option to participate in the Company’s Direct Deposit Program with only one change in a direct deposit institution per calendar year. SECTION I. It shall be the sole responsibility of employees to notify the Company personnel office in writing of their current address and telephone number and changes thereof. The Company shall be considered as having complied with any notice requirement if such notice requirement is sent to the employee’s last address on record. SECTION J. Mutual agreement to waive any condition of this agreement shall not constitute a precedent for any further waiver of such condition. SECTION K. If a severe decline in business results in a major reduction in the number of plant employees, thereby reducing the number of required supervisors, the Company, after notification to the Union, may use supervisors to perform the work in crew leader, quality control and lab technician classifications, which are covered by this Agreement. This Section supersedes other provisions of this Agreement. Because of this action and during this period, the employee displaced by a supervisor will suffer no reduction in his hourly rate of pay. SECTION L. Unless provided elsewhere in Agreement, no benefit program currently being enjoyed by employees covered by this Agreement will be treated no less favorable than other Employee groups in prioritizing space available access to jumpseatsdiscontinued as a result of the signing of this Agreement. 7SECTION M. Employees will be allowed shift trades under the following: 1. Any deviation from this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement between the Company and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association. Such mutual agreement All shift trade agreements must be in writing and in the same department and same classification, signed by both parties involved and will be approved by the parties theretoregular supervisor of the employee initiating the trade and the regular supervisor of the other employee and may be approved between other classifications and departments provided the employees are qualified. 2. No probationary employee may shift trade. 3. Every person who commits to a shift trade will be required to show up on time and work the entire shift. Should a verifiable emergency occur, the employee must make arrangements for someone who is qualified to cover the shift. 4. In the event an employee is tardy on a shift trade he will be subject to the discipline as outlined in the Company’s current tardiness policy. 5. Failure to show up or cover the shift trade will result in disciplinary action in accordance with the attendance policy plus a thirty (30) day shift trade suspension. 6. A shift trade may be effective with at least forty-eight (48) hours prior acknowledge of the Company. 7. Parties engaging in a trade that has not been previously acknowledged will lose their shift trade privileges. 8. There will be allowed in the plant a Labor Management Committee consisting of four (4) work days leave with pay at members representing the Employee’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of attending the funeral of a member of his or her immediate family. Such days will be taken within the days immediately preceding and/or following the funeral. Members of the immediate family will consist of the Employee’s mother, father, or legal guardian in lieu thereof, step-mother, step-father, spouse, children, step-children, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law Company and father-in-law. If additional days are required, such days may be taken without pay or will be deducted from the Employee’s vacation or floating holiday allowance. (j) Effective January 1, 2019, and for the term of this Agreement, the Company will start a program that provides paid vision insurance for all employees under this agreement with an implementation date yet to be determined. GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1. Supervisors/Tech Supervisors , Technical Services employees and higher higher-ranking officials will shall not be permitted to perform work of any hourly rated job bargaining unit employee covered by this Agreement except in emergencies or instructing or training of Employees employees or assisting troubleshooting. Bargaining unit work related to emergencies, instructing, training, or troubleshooting will be documented in troubleshootingaccordance with the General Maintenance Manual and Federal Aviation Regulations. 10. Where Employees have become physically unable to perform their regular work, the Union and the Company will cooperate in attempting to place such Employees in a position within their classification for which they are qualified and able to perform, or by mutual agreement in a lower classification for which they are qualified and able to perform. 11. The Employee will be allowed four (4) work days leave with pay at the Employee’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of attending the funeral of a member of his or her immediate family. Such days will be taken within the days immediately preceding and/or following the funeral. Members of the immediate family will consist of the Employee’s mother, father, or legal guardian in lieu thereof, step-mother, step-father, spouse, children, step-children, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law and father-in-law. If additional days are required, such days may be taken without pay or will be deducted from the Employee’s vacation or floating holiday allowance. If the Employee has no accrued vacation or floating holidays in his bank, the Employee may use up to four (4) accrued sick days as additional leave. 12. If an Employee’s regularly scheduled work shift begins on one calendar day and extends into the following calendar day, the day worked (for determining pay and holidays, etc.) will be considered to be the day on which his shift started. 138. The Company agrees to provide a lockedwill provide, secure area where Employees’ at no cost or deductible owed by the employee, insurance for the employee’s required tools and tool boxes may be keptof the required tools. By providing such facilities, however, the Company does not thereby insure the safety of any tools or tool boxes kept therein, nor does it assume the liability of replacing any items which may be lost or stolen therefrom, except that the The Company will reimburse an Employee employee covered by this Agreement for the loss by theft, fire or water damage of his the employee’s personal tools and tool box occasioned by a theft, fire or water on Company premises or while the Employee employee is on Company business. It is further understood and agreed that when a mechanic technician is required by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to service, the Company will reimburse such mechanic the employee if his the employee’s personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic technician is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. This Agreement is subject to the following limitations and conditions: a. To qualify for reimbursement under this section, the Employee employee must have on file with the Company a complete inventory of his personal the employee’s required tools regularly used on Company business and kept on Company premises or used in connection with emergency field service. Such inventory is subject to verification and periodic audit by the CompanyCompany and must be signed for by the employee and management personnel. Tools which are added to or removed from the Employeeemployee’s tool tool-box after the inventory will not be covered until the tools are added to or removed from the inventoryinventory and signed off by the employee and management; b. Tools which are not essential to the performance of the job will not be permitted to be included in the inventory;inventory unless approved by management. c. Missing individual In addition to loss or theft of tools while on a field trip as outlined above in Section 8, the Company will cover tools that are not covered;lost or stolen as a result of a catastrophic event. Catastrophic is defined as a loss in value of $500.00 or more. In the event of theft, a police report must be filed by the employee. An investigation will be conducted by the Company’s insurance policy carrier. All policy terms and conditions apply. ; and d. Tool boxes excessively damaged while being shipped for field service use will shall be repaired or replacereplaced. 149. All orders or notices to an Employee employee covered by the Agreement involving a transfer, promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline, or leave of absence will shall be given in writing with a copy to the applicable Local Union. No letter or notice for violation of Company rules will be used in the determining of discipline if such notice has been in the Employee’s file for twelve (12) months and there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the twelve (12) month period. All letter or reprimand or warning will be removed from an Employee’s file after twelve (12) months from date letter is placed in the file. 1510. When an Employee passes his probationary period he employee is hired, the employee will be issued a set of five (5) uniforms, which will include a jacket. Each year after being issued a set of uniforms, the employee shall be credited $185.00 on the employee’s anniversary date to purchase any uniform items that need to be replaced. The Employee will utilize may submit the automated required uniform ordering process made available to all covered Employees by the Company to order new or additional uniformsform two (2) times in that anniversary year. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisor. Should an Employee’s uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim the Employee should consult with his Supervisor. All Employees employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employeesmaintenance employees. Suitable, clean rain suits shall be provided and maintained by the Company. The Company will furnish uniform parkas and coveralls for all employees required to work outside. In the event an employee provides documented proof that they are allergic to the material used in the uniforms provided, the Company will reimburse the employee for the cost of a suitable replacement not to exceed the uniform allowance above. 1611. Should an employee sustain an injury or become ill while on the job, he will report immediately, if possible, to his manager or designee. J. Each employee is required to keep the Company advised of his current address and telephone number. Should an employee change his address or telephone number, he must notify the manager immediately.
