Common use of General Certifications Clause in Contracts

General Certifications. Borrowing Agent further certifies to Agent that each of the conditions contained in Section 4.2 of the Loan Agreement are as of the date hereof, and will be as of the Borrowing Date (if applicable), satisfied, including, without limitation, receipt by Agent of all fees, charges and expenses payable to Agent on or prior to such Borrowing Date pursuant to the Loan Documents.
