Common use of General Compensation Clause in Contracts

General Compensation. The County shall pay to Contractor THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX AND 00/100 Dollars ($304,656.00) for services for a 12-month period. Commencing on October 1, 2024, the County shall pay Contractor the monthly amount of $25,388.00, except as adjusted pursuant to this Section 5. Each monthly payment is to be paid by the County to Contractor on or before the first day of the month. Payment is due before services are rendered. Payment shall be prorated for the first month to the effective date of this Agreement.
