Common use of GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. City agrees to include provisions in the general conditions of the construction contract that name FNI: (1) as an additional insured and in any waiver of subrogation rights with respect to such liability insurance purchased and maintained by the contractor for the project (except workers’ compensation and professional liability policies); and (2) as an indemnified party in any indemnification provisions where City is named as an indemnified party.
