General Description of Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Bill Pay Service enables you to use your Device to electronically initiate one-time or recurring Payments to Billers. Effective February 5, 2020, you must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the bill pay service, subject to the requirements of applicable law.
