Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, My GreenInsights is a financial information management service that provides tools and services that allow you to consolidate, track, and manage financial information from various sources within one convenient application. You may use the Service to retrieve information maintained online by third party financial institutions with which you have customer relationships, maintain accounts, or engage in financial transactions. Within the Service we may provide hyperlinks to external websites owned or operated by third parties for your convenience only. We do not sponsor or endorse whatsoever or exercise any control over the content, services or products provided on any such linked website. We have engaged MX Technologies, Inc. (“MX”) as a service provider to help support the provision of the Service, and in the course of using the Service you may provide, or authorize the provision of, certain data and information (including, but not limited to, data and information regarding your Third Party Accounts) to MX. MX’s collection, storage, and utilization of such data and information is governed by the MX Privacy Policy, which you may access at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/privacy-policy. You acknowledge and agree that we will have no liability to you in the event that MX fails to perform or comply with the terms of the MX Privacy Policy.
