Common use of General Inquiries Clause in Contracts

General Inquiries. Under Article 5(1) of the IGA, the U.S. Competent Authority intends to make follow-up requests described in Article 5(1) of the IGA (“Competent Authority Requests”) to the Serbian Competent Authority. In response, the Serbian Competent Authority intends to obtain the requested additional information from Reporting Serbian Financial Institutions with respect to U.S. Reportable Accounts and to provide such additional information to the U.S. Competent Authority.
