General Intentions Sample Clauses

The 'General Intentions' clause outlines the overarching goals and mutual understanding that guide the parties entering into an agreement. It typically sets the context for the contract by summarizing the purpose of the arrangement, such as fostering collaboration, defining the scope of work, or establishing a framework for future dealings. By clearly stating the shared objectives, this clause helps ensure that both parties are aligned from the outset, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and providing a reference point for interpreting the contract's specific provisions.
