Common use of General Items Clause in Contracts

General Items. a) All work by Lessor shall be done by licensed and insured contractors, in accordance with current building codes under permit from the City of Santa ▇▇▇▇. b) Any work involving excessive noise, dust, or odors will be coordinated to take place after hours or on weekends. Contractors will be directed to keep areas clean and uncluttered, and implement dust control to protect employees and equipment. All workers doing after-hours work within any occupied space without a staff member present will pass a background check as required by your department, or other acceptable security arrangements will be made.
