General layout. The Premises shall be re-configured and expanded as shown on Exhibit B to provide Lessee with new reception and waiting areas, new private restroom next to the waiting area, a new large conference/ training area, a new employee breakroom and where the existing conference room is, a new mail room (east end) and file storage area (west end), and more open space at the west end of the Building. Elsewhere, offices are being created or eliminated to provide a more open, and layout. as follows: Additional details are provided a) The reception and waiting areas will be relocated to the middle of the lease Premises, off the front stairs and elevator in what was Suite 18. A pass-thru door with an electronic lock will provide employee access to a reception area beyond the waiting room, with a new single office off reception area. Appropriate safety glass will be installed in the hallway wall of the waiting and between the reception and waiting areas to provide visual connection to these areas. b) The door at the east end of the hallway will be eliminated, and replaced with a new door with glass, located closer to the new waiting area, to public access to “back administrative spaces within the Premises c) The hallway door at the west end, and doors to the new waiting area and room will be replaced with similar doors. d) Electronic code locks similar to the new downstairs bathroom locks will be installed on all hallway doors leading to Lessee’s space, unless otherwise directed to put a regular locking lever handle. e) Office doors within the Premises will changed out to single-lite French doors, (with the exception of the CLETS room) to enhance visual connection and light. A new ADA-accessible bathroom for client testing and employee use will be built-out off the hallway immediately to the west of the new area, in part of what is now the attorneys space (Suite 10); The existing conference in the southeast ▇▇▇▇▇ of the floor will be converted to a breakroom and single We will relocate the existing sink, and install ADA-accessible laminate countertop with new cabinets above and below for storage of food and other items;
