Occupancy and Use. The premises shall be used solely as a dwelling for Tenants(s) and for no others and no others may spend amounts of time on the premises so as to disturb other Tenants. Tenant agrees not to use or permit the use of the premises for unlawful or immoral purposes. Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean, sanitary and in good order, and agrees not to hamper, disturb or interfere with other tenants in the building or apartment, not to create or suffer any nuisances in the premises affecting the rights of others, and agrees to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and directions of governmental authorities. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant agrees to surrender possession in as good condition and repair as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted.
Occupancy and Use. To use and occupy the Premises only for the Permitted Uses; and not to injure or deface the Premises, Building or Lot; and not to permit in the Premises any auction sale, nuisance, or the emission from the Premises of any objectionable noise or odor, nor to permit any use thereof which is improper, offensive, contrary to law or ordinances, or liable to invalidate or increase the premiums for any insurance on the Building or its contents or liable to render necessary any alteration or addition to the Building, unless Tenant agrees to pay such increased premiums and/or costs, and such use (if other than Permitted Uses) is approved by Landlord in advance;
Occupancy and Use. No one other than the Residents listed on the Signature Page of this Lease may occupy the Property without our written approval. We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the Property other than the listed Residents. If you permit anyone on the Property who we have previously excluded, this Lease may be terminated You may only use the Property, its utilities, facilities, and appliances for ordinary and reasonable residential purposes.

Notwithstanding the above, Tenant understands and agrees that (a) that certain Restated and Amended Lease dated March 30, 1999 by and between The Board of Trustees of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Junior University, as lessor (“Ground Lessor”), and Varian Associates, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Varian”), as lessee, the interest of Varian having been assigned to Landlord under that certain Assignment and Assumption of Lessee’s Interest in Lease dated March 30, 1999, a Memorandum of which was recorded on March 30, 1999 as instrument no. 14729321 in the Office of the County Recorder of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ County, California (the “Ground Lease”), and (b) certain other easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, and access agreements recorded in the official records of Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ County (collectively, including the Ground Lease, the “Encumbrances”) encumber the Land and Project, and that Tenant’s occupancy and use of the Premises and use of the Common Area may be restricted by such Encumbrances. If necessary, Tenant shall execute such documents as are reasonably necessary to cause this Lease to become subordinate to such encumbrances, subject to customary non-disturbance provisions to the extent provided for, and obtainable by Tenant, under the express terms of the applicable Encumbrance (other than the Ground Lease).
Occupancy and Use. Occupancy is limited to a total of two persons per bedroom—persons under two years of age are not considered in the count. However, in no case shall more than three unrelated adults occupy any Premises, unless prohibited by local statutes or ordinances. “Unrelated adults” are those persons who are not related to each other by blood or marriage. A reasonable number of guests may occupy Premises without prior written consent of Landlord if stay is limited to seventy-two (72) hours.

(S) 6901 et seq., and all other applicable laws, ordinances and regulations; to notify Landlord of any incident which would require the filing of a notice under applicable federal, state, or local law; not to store or dispose of hazardous substances on the Premises without first submitting to Landlord a list of all such hazardous substances and all permits required therefor and thereafter providing to Landlord on an annual basis Tenant's certification that all such permits have been renewed with copies of such renewed permits; and to comply with the orders and regulations of all governmental authorities with respect to zoning, building, fire, health, and other codes, regulations, ordinances or laws applicable to the Premises. "Hazardous substances" as used in this paragraph shall mean "hazardous substances" as defined in the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, 42 U.S.C. (S) 9601 and regulations adopted pursuant to said Act.
Occupancy and Use. The only person(s) permitted to occupy this Apartment without written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are those on the Agreement and their minor dependents. This approval may be expressed only on Marshall’s standard Change of Roommate form, which must be executed by all persons who are Residents at the time the form is executed, as well as by the new Resident and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Upon execution of a Change of Roommate form, the new Resident will be bound by all the terms of the Agreement. Unless specifically set forth therein, such a change will not release any Resident from obligations under the Occupancy Agreement.
Occupancy and Use. The Student must make arrangements with Student Financial Services regarding payment of their term bill in full prior to being issued a room key or moving belongings into the space. Failure to pay the Student account at any time could jeopardize the Student’s ability to reside in University housing. The Student is responsible for the condition of the assigned room and University property within it from the time of key issuance until the time of key return regardless of physical presence of Student and/or their belongings. The Student may not loan any room or building key to anyone else at any time. If the Student is issued an elevator or entry code for any part of a University housing space, the Student may not share that code with anyone at any time. If the Student violates either of these security measures or otherwise jeopardizes the security of any University housing, the Student will be subject to a fine and possible referral to the conduct process. University housing may not be occupied by any other person than the Student named herein; the Student may not allow any other person to occupy or use the room beyond guest policy limits. The Student may not use any University housing for for-profit activities. If any Student occupies a room or residence without authorization any time before or after approved occupancy dates, a fine of $50 per day will be imposed until the space is completely vacated. A room is not considered completely vacated until all belongings are removed and key is returned. Students in houses and apartments shall pay for telephone, cable TV, and internet as in the Unit Specific Conditions. All utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash are included in the room rate. Excessive use or abuse of these services will result in additional charges to the student account. Pets are not permitted in any campus housing except within those outlined in the Residence Life policies. House and apartment residents wanting to bring in other appliances not already present in their unit (a/c units, laundry machines, additional refrigerators, etc.) must request permission in writing in advance and get approval from Residence Life and Physical Plant prior to bringing the appliance. The Student is responsible for appropriate, safe, and complete installation and removal.
