All moving shall be under the supervision of the Association, who shall, however, not be responsible for any damage to or charges for moving same. Tenants Additional Covenants. A. Tenant shall not make any exterior architecture change (whether by alteration, replacement, rebuilding .or otherwise) or change the exterior color and/or architectural treatment of the Demised Premises or of the building or any part thereof.
B.
