The Trash and Refuse clause establishes the responsibilities of parties regarding the proper disposal and management of waste materials on a property. Typically, it requires tenants or occupants to ensure that all trash, garbage, and refuse are collected, stored, and removed in accordance with local regulations and at regular intervals. This clause helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene on the premises, prevents pest infestations, and ensures compliance with municipal waste disposal laws, thereby protecting both property value and community standards.
Trash and Refuse. A. Concessionaire shall provide a complete and proper arrangement for the adequate sanitary handling of all trash and other refuse caused as a result of the operation of the Premises, using the Board's designated contractor. Concessionaire shall provide and use suitable sealed fireproof receptacles approved by Board Staff for all trash and other refuse on or generated in connection with Concessionaire's use of the Premises. Piling of boxes, cartons, barrels or other similar items in, or within view from, a public area shall not be permitted. Concessionaire shall comply with all Board rules and regulations relative to trash, waste disposal, or recycling that may be made from time-to-time, and Concessionaire shall pay the costs associated with trash removal and disposal, as provided in the Board's Schedule of Charges, as it may be amended from time to time. B. In transporting merchandise, products, trash and refuse associated with operating the concession to and from the Premises, where not otherwise restricted or prohibited by this Lease, Concessionaire shall use only carts, vehicles, or conveyances that are clean, sealed and leak proof and that are equipped with wheels suitable for operating on carpets or other flooring without damage thereto and which shall be approved by the Airport Concessions Department. Concessionaire shall not use the Airport train system for the purpose of transporting trash or refuse. The Board shall have the right to require changes in Concessionaire's transporting of trash and refuse, including time of day transport can occur, equipment used for each activity and routes of transport. C. Concessionaires who sell food and beverage products are required to use collapsible containers for all "grab and go" and leftover packaging, rigid plastic containers are prohibited for "grab and go" food and beverage products. Eco-friendly, paper-based containers are preferred.
Trash and Refuse. Licensee shall provide for the neat and sanitary handling of all trash and other refuse generated as a result of Licensee's rental car business and its use and occupancy of its Operating Area. Licensee shall provide and use suitable covered fireproof receptacles for all trash and other refuse. Licensee shall not permit boxes, cartons, barrels, pallets, or other similar items to be piled or stored in view of a public area. If Licensee allows dust or debris to be generated or accumulated in the Operating Area to the extent they may be blown about within the Operating Area or blown from the Operating Area to other parts of the Airport, Licensee shall pay to the County $50 in the first instance in an Agreement Year, $150 in the second instance, and $500 in each instance thereafter in the same Agreement Year. In addition, Licensee shall reimburse the County for any costs incurred by the County to remove or suppress the dust or debris.
Trash and Refuse. Shall be collected daily and removed from the property in a safe, sanitary and lawful manner as necessary to minimize or eliminate problems from refuse odors, insects, etc. Approved trash receptacles shall be conveniently stationed on tees and other appropriate areas and emptied daily.
Trash and Refuse. PSB will be responsible for all trash removal, recycling, food composting, large item disposal, disposal of hazardous materials, or other measures taken to deal with waste generated by PSB usage of the Building, including coordination with the Department of Public Works or outside vendors. All pick-up schedules for refuse must be coordinated with the Department of Public Works. Bins and storage containers for PSB trash will be located in a parking space in a back corner of Parking Area B, as shown on Exhibit A. PSB refuse cannot be stored in Parking Areas A or E. PSB is not permitted to use any Building Department trash containers on-site. PSB shall be responsible for trash and litter pickup in all exterior areas of the Premises used by PSB staff and students and, to the extent PSB utilizes ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Park, for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Park.
Trash and Refuse. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall keep and maintain the areas occupied by Tenant clean and free of rubbish, dirt, garbage, and other waste matter at all times and shall provide and pay for regular janitorial and other service reasonably necessary for the proper maintenance of the Airport in a clean and sanitary manner. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall cause all dirt, rubbish, trash, garbage and other waste matter to be removed daily from the Premises and deposited in suitable containers for regular removal from the Airport.
Trash and Refuse. At Tenant’s expense, Tenant may obtain a dumpster for trash and/or construct trash storage facilities which comply with the terms of this Lease. Tenant shall at Tenant’s expense, contract directly with a qualified trash hauler for the timely removal of all trash. Tenant shall not leave or store any materials or trash on the Parking Areas and shall not litter such Parking Areas and common areas. If Landlord makes a trash room or area available to Tenant in or nearby the Building, Tenant shall dispose of its trash in said room or area if so requested by Landlord.
Trash and Refuse. Railway shall use reasonableefforts to remove trash and refuse from the Property no less than once every six (6) months. In addition, Railway shall also, once per month, use reasonable efforts to remove trash and refuse from up to two (2) locations identifed by VCTC as a recurring litter location. Railway shall provide a written report to VCTC not later than July 31st of each year identifying the general locations, amount, and nature of the abatement on the Property for the prior VCTC fiscal year.

Trash and Refuse. Lessee shall keep premises clean of trash and refuse at Lessee's cost. Lessee shall provide for refuse and rubbish service. Lessee shall remove immediately from the premises any old tires, abandoned vehicles and miscellaneous auto parts. Lessee shall immediately remove all papers or debris that collect in the landscaped areas and in other areas outside of the building.

Concessionaire shall keep any areas used for trash and garbage storage, prior to removal from the Airport, in a clean and orderly condition so as not to attract rodents, pests, or birds or create an offensive order. (b) In transporting trash and refuse from the Leased Premises, Concessionaire shall use only carts, vehicles or other conveyances that are covered, leak proof, and equipped with wheels suitable for operating on carpets without damage thereto. Such disposal shall take place only during hours approved by the Authority.
