Remove Trash Clause Samples

The "Remove Trash" clause requires one party, typically a tenant or contractor, to ensure that all waste, debris, and unwanted materials are properly disposed of from a property or worksite. This obligation usually applies at the end of a lease term, after construction work, or upon completion of a project, and may specify standards for cleanliness or designate responsible parties for trash removal. By clearly assigning responsibility for waste disposal, the clause helps maintain property condition, prevents disputes over cleanliness, and ensures a smooth transition for subsequent occupants or users.
