Trash Containers Clause Samples

The Trash Containers clause establishes requirements for the placement, use, and maintenance of trash receptacles on a property. Typically, it specifies where trash containers must be stored (such as out of public view), when they can be placed at the curb for collection, and mandates that containers be kept clean and in good condition. This clause helps maintain the property's appearance, prevents nuisances such as odors or pests, and ensures compliance with local waste management regulations.
