General Liability, Professional Liability, Crime and Cybersecurity Coverage. 18.1.1 Contractor must maintain for the duration of the Contract, at its cost, primary standard commercial general liability insurance coverage. The coverage must include contractual liability, bodily injury, property damage, products and completed operations, and personal and advertising injury. The insurance must cover claims as may be caused by acts, omissions, or negligence of Contractor or Contractor's officers, or employees. The general liability insurance coverage must be obtained with combined single limits for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 per general aggregate per year. In addition, Contractor must carry umbrella liability insurance with a $2 million aggregate limit. 18.1.2 Contractor must maintain professional liability errors and omissions insurance, with coverage of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and $4,000,000 aggregate per year to cover such claims as may be caused by any act, omission, or negligence of Contractor or its officers or employees.
