General Monitoring Requirements. The TWG is responsible for developing and implementing the monitoring plan. The Parties agree to work cooperatively in designing the specific biological, hydrologic, and air-quality monitoring networks set forth in Appendixes 1, 2 and 3 needed to achieve the Statement of Intent and complete the tasks set forth in section 3.2.2 of this Agreement.
