GENERAL NETWORK REQUIREMENTS. 58.1. Sprint shall provide on a regional basis, a point of contact for CLEC to report vital telephone maintenance issues and trouble reports twenty four (24) hours and seven (7) days a week. 58.2. Sprint shall provide CLEC maintenance dispatch personnel on the same schedule that it provides its own subscribers. 58.3. Sprint shall give maximum advanced notice to CLEC of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by Sprint on any network element, including any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality of which CLEC has advised Sprint may potentially impact CLEC end users.
