Work Requirements. Tenant shall take the Premises without Tenant Improvements unless otherwise specified herein; All tenant finish alterations in the Premises, now and hereafter undertaken, shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the technical design specifications of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, latest edition. Work Requirements. All work performed by Tenant in the Leased Premises shall be performed (i) promptly and in a workmanlike manner with first-class materials; (ii) by duly qualified or licensed persons; (iii) without interference with, or disruption to, the operations of Landlord or other tenants or occupants of the Building; (iv) in accordance with (a) plans and specifications approved in writing in advance by Landlord (as to both design and materials) which such approval may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, except as otherwise provided in Section 9.03, above, and (b) all applicable governmental permits, rules and regulations; and (v) in conformance with any rules and regulations therefor (including those shown on Exhibit D, attached hereto).
Work Requirements. 131 In order for an employee to qualify for a vacation in any vacation period they must have worked at least six (6) months during the previous vacation period. For the purpose only of calculating such work requirements, time lost from work due to a compensable work-related injury during the vacation period in which the injury occurs, will be considered as time worked. An employee who has worked for the Company less than one year prior to January 1 of a given year shall, upon reaching their first anniversary date, become entitled to a two (2) week vacation during such year provided they have worked at least six (6) of the twelve (12) months preceding their first anniversary date. In the event that such employee's anniversary date falls between December 15 and December 31 their vacation may, with Company approval, be scheduled to commence up to two (2) weeks prior to their first anniversary date.
Work Requirements. 7.2.1 The Board recognizes the principle of a standard forty (40) hour workweek and will set forth work schedules and make work assignments which can reasonably be completed within such standard work week. The Board will not require members within the bargaining unit to regularly work in excess of such standard workweek. 7.2.2 Time cards are to be filled out and signed by the individual employee and the card shall include only actual hours worked. Days off for whatever reasons shall be handled by the proper forms from their Supervisor giving authorization to the Payroll Department.
