Work Requirements. Tenant shall take the Premises without Tenant Improvements unless otherwise specified herein; All tenant finish alterations in the Premises, now and hereafter undertaken, shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the technical design specifications of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, latest edition. Prior to the Premises being occupied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Landlord agrees to the tenant improvements described in Exhibit D, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
