Common use of General Orientation Clause in Contracts

General Orientation. The Employer agrees to allow a Union Representative and/or Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ not less than fifteen (15) minutes as a general orientation period for the familiarization of the employees in the bargaining unit with the general conditions and responsibilities with respect to this Collective Agreement and their union, United Food Commercial Workers, Local No. 832.
