General Support Provisions and Exclusions Sample Clauses

The "General Support Provisions and Exclusions" clause defines the scope and limitations of support services provided under an agreement. It typically outlines what types of assistance are included, such as technical help or maintenance, and specifies any services or issues that are not covered, like support for third-party products or problems caused by user error. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the support obligations, helping to prevent disputes and manage expectations regarding the level of service to be provided.
