General Terms and Condition. 1) The contractor should provide Photo identity card to his service personnel who should display it while on duty. 2) The contractor has to pay P.F., W.C.I., etc. Of the service personal engaged by him and submit documentary evidence without which the bill of the contractor will not be cleared. Contractor should not pay his employees less than minimum wages. Wages sheet with the signature of employees should be submitted along with bill. 3) The contractor’s service personal should have their own adequate tool kits and testing units. 4) The service personnel posted at BHEL – HPVP should work from 8.00 Hrs to 16.30 Hrs with a lunch break of 30 minutes from 12.30 Hrs to 13.00 Hrs. However, the service personnel are expected to work beyond this timing if required at no additional cost. 5) The contractor is not allowed to sub contract any part of the work assigned to him under the scope of this contract. 6) If the contractor fails to attend repair of system / peripheral in the time as stipulated in the contract, then it will be construed that the contractor has agreed to get the work done by other agencies at his risk and cost which will be deducted from his quarterly bill by BHEL-HPVP. 7) If the performance of the contractor is not up to the mark BHEL-HPVP reserves the right to terminate his contract. 8) The contractor should make-arrangements for transport, accommodation and food etc. for the employees deployed by him. The contract employees should not use the coupon meant for employees of BHEL-HPVP. In the event of detection of such misuse penal recovery from the bill of the contractor as deemed fit will be effected. 9) The service personnel posted at BHEL – HPVP should adhere covid compliances and wearing of mask, maintain social distance and usage of hand sanitizers, etc. TABLE OF CONTENTS 1.
