GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. A. All terms and conditions of employment not covered under this Ordinance shall continue to be subject to the City’s direction and control. Unless specifically addressed herein, those terms and conditions of employment which are currently set forth in the Charter, Administrative Code, Civil Service Rules, policies and procedures, shall apply to employees covered by this ordinance.
B. Nothing in this Ordinance shall have application to changes of Civil Service rules and matters subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Service Commission pursuant to Charter Section A8.409 -3, unless specifically approved by the Civil Service Commission, except as such changes may affect compensation.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. This Agreement is subject to all applicable laws of the State of California, the rules and regulations of the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the District, all of which shall be made a material part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as if set forth in full. This agreement shall prevail over any conflicting District rules, regulations, policies or procedures.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. A. ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT STATUS– Effective this Agreement, all employees shall serve a three (3) year probationary period which may be extended to four (4) years when prescribed by the Board and agreed to in writing by the employee, and then shall be considered a permanent employee. All employees covered by this Agreement (who have been employed for the length of the probationary period) on its effective date will be past their probationary period and will be permanent employees.
1. PROBATIONARY STATUS: New employees hired in the bargaining unit shall be on probationary status for the first six (6) months. During this period the probationary employee may be dismissed at any time. After the first six months of employment an employee may be non-renewed at the end of any employment year or for just cause any time during the year for reasons including, but not limited to thefollowing:
a. Violation of a of the School Board Rules of St. ▇▇▇▇▇ County.
b. Violation of work rules.
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ insubordination – refusal to follow a proper directive, order or assignment from a supervisor.
d. Immorality.

This contract is subject to all applicable laws of the State of California, the rules and regulations of the California State Board of Education and the District. Said laws, rules and regulations are hereby made a part of the terms and conditions of this Contract as though herein set forth.

(a) the provisions of the Education Acts and any associated regulations;
(b) the Trust Deed and the Instrument of Government of the School;

(a) the provisions of the Education Acts and any associated regulations;
(b) the Funding Agreement and Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Academy Trust Company;
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 4.1 You are employed in the Academy under the directions of the Board and under the immediate directions of the Principal and in accordance with:
(a) the provisions of the Education Acts and any associated regulations;
(b) the Funding Agreement and Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Academy Trust Company;
4.1 (c) any policies, procedures, regulations or rules of the Academy Trust Company and/or its Board;

(d) any relevant provisions of the Green Book; and
(e) any local collective agreements recognised by the Academy Trust Company (which may be listed (non-exhaustive) at Appendix 2) .
4.2 You are expected to be conscientious and loyal to the aims and objectives of the Academy Trust Company and/or the Academy.
4.3 You are to have regard at all times to the Catholic character of the Academy, and not to do anything in any way detrimental or prejudicial to the interest of the same. ONLY LEAVE THIS CLAUSE IN THE CONTRACT IF IT IS FOR A TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 4 - You are required to preserve and develop the Catholic character of the Academy.
4.4 Where You wish to take part in any outside activity which may, in the reasonable opinion of the Academy Trust Company, interfere with the efficient discharge of Your duties under this contract, You are required to obtain the prior written consent of the Academy Trust Company, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Seconded Employees shall continue to be employees of the Homeport and subject to all Homeport employment policies applicable to such Seconded Employee. The general terms and conditions of employment for a Homeport employee seconded to the Alliance shall be guided by the Policies and Procedures of the Homeport, and the seconded employee’s individual employment contract, if any. Seconded Employees will be provided a copy and will acknowledge receipt of this ▇▇▇.
