General Terms for Easy Install Services. Where service is being provided remotely or onsite, this is subject to collaborative scheduling by Customer, for a) scheduling of maintenance work following receipt of hardware; and b) availability and access being granted by Customer to Lenovo engineers or technical consultants to carry out setup installation services. Once an Easy Install Service has been scheduled, any changes to the schedule must occur at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled installation date. Customer reschedule requests earlier than five (5) business days may be subject to a rescheduling fee that Customer agrees to pay.
