Rescheduling Fee. If the Event and Event Date are rescheduled within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement, a rebooking fee of $250.00 shall be assessed and charged to Licensee. If the Event and Event Date are not rescheduled within thirty (30) days from the date of execution of this Agreement, Licensee shall be assessed and charged a rebooking fee of $500.00.
