Time Allotted. The employee representatives designated to participate in the CCSR meetings shall be given time in the company that employs them to prepare and participate in the annual CCSR meeting (3 days per year). The members of the CCSR who are neither members of the Bureau nor the Secretary benefit from an additional day to work on the CSR Agreement per year. An additional credit shall be allotted to the members of the CCSR Bureau (four days to participate in the Bureau meetings, in addition to one day per quarter for follow-up) and to the Secretary (four days to participate in the Bureau meetings in addition to one day per month for follow-up and three days to prepare the CCSR). Travel time shall be added as needed. To carry out one-off actions related to the CSR Agreement (internal communication and field visits related to the CSR Agreement) validated by Management, an allotted 26 day time credit is at the disposal of the Bureau (including travel time in the event the actions require it). It may be used by the Bureau members or duly-designated CCSR members to carry out concrete CSR projects based on a set of specifications proposed by the Bureau and validated by Management. ▪ Funding EDF SA covers the costs directly related to the functioning of the follow-up on the CSR Agreement (CCSR meetings, Bureau, interpretation and translations). The transportation costs are covered by the companies of the Group. The forecast of the expenses comprising the functioning costs and those costs pertaining to one-off actions related to the CSR Agreement (see paragraph “Time Allotted”) that have been outlined in a set of specifications and have received preliminary approval from the company shall be examined each year with the CCSR Bureau for the following year.
Time Allotted. The vacation schedule for new administrators to the District, as granted by the Board shall be two (2) weeks after the first year completed, three (3) weeks after two complete fiscal years, four (4) weeks after three complete fiscal years, and twenty-two(22) days after five completed years of service.. The vacation schedule is negotiable with the Superintendent if the person is presently working in an administrative position. All vacation requests shall be submitted to the Superintendent for approval.
Time Allotted. The Creditor may grant extensions, take or surrender security, make accommodations, grant discharges or releases or otherwise transact with the Grantor, at its discretion, without thereby restricting its rights hereunder or reducing the Grantor's liability.
Time Allotted. 1. Employees hired prior to July 1, 1998 shall be entitled to twenty-three (23) vacation days per contract year and employees hired effective July 1, 1998 and thereafter shall be entitled to twenty (20) such vacation days.
2. The aforementioned vacation time shall be available for use in the following contract year. The vacation time earned for an employee who has worked less than a full contract year shall be prorated.
Time Allotted. Annual vacation for Association members shall be taken within the contract year as follows subject to the scheduling approval of the Superintendent of Schools. Except in case of emergency, administrators may be scheduled to take up to twenty (20) vacation days at any one time.
1. All twelve month Association members shall be entitled to vacation days to be taken within the contract year as set forth in the vacation schedule in paragraph A.3 below.
2. For the most part, vacations for Association members should be scheduled when school is not in session. In the cases when requests are made by Association members for vacation time when school is in session, the following rules apply:
a. A maximum of three (3) consecutive vacation days can be taken by an Association member while school is in session by giving the Superintendent fifteen (15) days’ notice. For family illness emergency, the fifteen (15) days’ notice may be waived by the Superintendent.
b. More than three (3) consecutive days taken while school is in session shall require the Superintendent’s prior approval.
3. All twelve month Association members, except for the Manager of Information Technology and the Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, shall be entitled to vacation time according to the following schedule:

Time Allotted. Administrators serving less than one (1) full school year shall earn vacation time at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) working days per month for each full month of service in each school year. Annual vacations for association members shall ordinarily be taken during the months of July and/or August. Vacations not taken during this time may be scheduled during the contract year with the approval of the Superintendent. All administrators covered by this agreement shall be entitled to 22 vacation days annually. Administrators may avail themselves of all holidays and recess periods, provided such does not interfere with their responsibilities and providing administrators are available at the discretion of the Superintendent.
Time Allotted. All twelve (12) month employees shall receive twenty (20) vacation days per contract year. Annual vacations for employees shall be taken within the contract year with the Superintendent’s approval. Vacation time earned during one contract year shall be taken the following contract year.
Time Allotted. In the event of death in an employee's immediate family, the employee shall be entitled to five (5) days of bereavement leave. Proof of relation must be submitted along with supporting documentation from funeral home.
Time Allotted. All new 12-month employees shall accrue two (2) vacation days per month of service not to exceed 22 days within the first contract year. Thereafter, 12-month employees shall receive 22 vacation days on July 1 between the second and twelfth years of employment and 25 vacation days beginning with the 13th year of employment. All 12-month employees shall submit vacation days request to the Superintendent for approval as to scheduling.
