ESTIMATED USAGE Based on past and/or projected usage, it is estimated that purchases over the initial 2 year term of the Contract may approximate $250,000. This estimate is provided solely for the purpose of assisting Bidders in preparing their Response. Orders will be placed only on an as needed basis. CONTRACT TERM The initial term of this contract is Two (2) years from the effective date of award with the option to extend for additional term(s) or portions thereof. Extension for each additional term shall be offered at the sole discretion of the Purchasing Activity and are subject to written mutual agreement. The total contract term, including the initial term and all subsequent extensions, shall not exceed Seix (6) years unless an emergency exists and/or special circumstances require a partial term extension.
