Additional Related Services Clause Samples
The "Additional Related Services" clause defines the terms under which a party may request or provide services that are not explicitly listed in the main agreement but are related to the primary scope of work. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting such services, how they will be priced, and any approval or documentation requirements before work begins. Its core function is to provide a structured mechanism for handling extra work that may arise during a project, ensuring both parties have clarity on expectations, costs, and procedures for services beyond the original contract.
