Common use of General Work Clause in Contracts

General Work. Rules Except to the extent modified by the provisions of this Agreement, the Employer reserves and retains solely and exclusively all legal rights to manage the operations of the Sheriff’s Office, Harrison County, Ohio. The rights of the Employer shall include, but shall not be limited to the rights to establish, change or abolish policies, practices, rules, or procedures for the conduct of the Sheriff’s Office, its employees and its service to the citizens of Harrison County, Ohio, consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
