Geotechnical Data Clause Samples

Geotechnical Data. Unless the Schedule of Project Details provides otherwise, the Owner will provide for the Design Professional's use and interpretation, geotechnical information for the Project indicating soil type, condition, and suitability for foundations and other below grade structures.
Geotechnical Data. The DISTRICT shall furnish geotechnical data when these data are reasonably deemed necessary by ARCHITECT, including test logs, soil classifications, soil bearing values, and other data necessary to define subsoil conditions.
Geotechnical Data. Summary This document describes geotechnical data at or near the Project that is in the District's possession available for Contractor’s review, and use of data resulting from various investigations. This document is not part of the Contract Documents. See General Conditions for definition(s) of terms used herein.
Geotechnical Data. The consultant will subcontract with a local consultant who routinely performs work for the County on the SWDD property to perform these services. The Consultant anticipates the collection of geotechnical data (soil borings) from approximately seven (7) hand augers to a depth of six (6) feet to determine the suitability of soils and establish the seasonal high water table elevation. The Consultant will review the geotechnical report for incorporation into the design documents.
Geotechnical Data. NOT USED.
Geotechnical Data. If not required to be furnished by the Design Consultant under this Agreement but required for the performance of the Design Consultant’s services, the City shall furnish geotechnical data or employ consultants to provide such data, when reasonably deemed necessary by the Design Consultant, including test logs, soil classifications, soil bearing values, and other data necessary to define subsoil conditions.
Geotechnical Data. Provide Contractor with copies of all available and applicable onshore and offshore geotechnical data and surveys related to the Plant Site and any other areas where the Work will be performed.
Geotechnical Data. Additional geotechnical data collection is required to more accurately evaluate subsurface rock conditions in the proposed sand trap, rock removal alternatives, and the vibration climate in the project area. The additional information will assist in developing a more accurate rock removal plan design and improved vibration control plan. It will also provide more accurate information to potential bidding dredging contractors.
