Common use of Global Development Plan Clause in Contracts

Global Development Plan. 5.7.1 Within [***] or at such earlier time as the Parties may agree, the JPT shall prepare and submit to the JDC for approval a global development plan for the Licensed Products setting out the program of activities in the development of the relevant Licensed Product through the preparation and filing of M▇▇▇ up to commercialization (“Global Development Plan”). The Costs and expenses relating to the activities in the Global Development Plan shall be governed by a development budget approved by the JDC and set forth in the Global Development Plan (“Global Development Budget”).
