Common use of GMP Effective Date Clause in Contracts

GMP Effective Date. Each GMP Proposal shall not become a part of this Agreement until the Town accepts such GMP Proposal in writing by executing the applicable GMP Amendment, on or before the date specified in each such GMP Proposal for such acceptance.
