Google’s Cloud Data Protection Team Clause Samples

The "Google’s Cloud Data Protection Team" clause defines the role and responsibilities of a specialized team within Google dedicated to managing and overseeing data protection matters related to cloud services. This team typically serves as the primary point of contact for data protection inquiries, incident response, and compliance with privacy regulations, such as responding to data subject requests or addressing security incidents. By establishing a clear authority for data protection issues, the clause ensures that customers have a reliable channel for addressing privacy concerns and helps Google demonstrate its commitment to safeguarding customer data.
