Governing Rules for Arbitration Clause Samples

The Governing Rules for Arbitration clause establishes which set of procedural rules will apply if a dispute between the parties is resolved through arbitration. By clearly identifying the rules and procedures to be followed, this clause ensures predictability and fairness in the arbitration process, reducing uncertainty and potential disputes over how the arbitration should be conducted.
