Common use of Governmental Action Clause in Contracts

Governmental Action. No action of, or filing with, any governmental or public body or authority is required to authorize, or is otherwise required in connection with, the execution, delivery and performance by the Trust of this Agreement or the Notes.

Governmental Action. No action consent, approval or authorization of, or registration, filing or declaration with, any governmental or public body or authority Governmental Authority is required to authorize, or is otherwise required in connection with, with the execution, delivery and or performance by the Trust either Issuer of this Agreement or the NotesAgreement.

Governmental Action. No action of, or filing with, any governmental or public body or authority is required to authorize, or is otherwise required in connection with, the execution, delivery and performance of the Agreements or the Notes by the Trust of this Agreement or the NotesCompanies.

No action of, or filing with, any governmental or public body or authority (other than normal reporting requirements or filings under the provisions of Article VI) is required to authorize, or is otherwise required in connection with, the execution, delivery and performance by the Trust of this Agreement or and the Notesother Loan Documents.
