Grab bars. Grab bars shall comply with 4.26 and the length and positioning shall comply with Fig. 30(a)-(d). The toilet stall dimensions are only 34.5” wide and 55.75” deep. The height of the toilet is 21” (it should be 17” to 19”). The side grab bar is not at least 42” long (25” long), is located more than 12” from the rear wall (14.5” from rear wall), it does not extend at least 54” from the rear wall (only 39.25” extension), and is mounted too low (30.75” from the floor). The space between the wall and the side grab bar is 3”, and there is no rear grab bar. The flush control for the toilet is not located on the open side of the toilet (the toilet stall does not have an open side). Toilet stall in #065. Alter the toilet stall and reconfigure the toilet, grab bars and dispenser to comply with 604, including proper dimensions and arrangement (see Fig. 604.8.1.1, in column at left). Ensure dispensers are properly placed, the door and hardware comply with 604, and there are no protrusions or obstructions. Adjust the toilet height to no less than 17” and no greater than 19” above the floor measured to the top of the seat, or replace the toilet. 604.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
