Common use of Grading and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Grading and Reporting. Report cards will be issued K-12 twice a year, at the end of the first semester and at the end of the school year. Teachers will share progress during conferences. The District will communicate to the Association their intent to change how grading is calculated and reported prior to implementation and before communicating with families and the community. The parties will meet to discuss and negotiate any working conditions that are impacted by the change. It is understood that the sixth-grade exploratory wheel will be graded on a quarterly basis.
