Grading Operations Sample Clauses

The Grading Operations clause defines the procedures and standards for evaluating, sorting, or classifying materials, products, or work according to specified criteria. In practice, this clause outlines who is responsible for performing grading, the methods or benchmarks to be used, and the timing or frequency of such operations. For example, it may require that delivered goods be inspected and graded upon arrival to ensure they meet contractual quality standards. The core function of this clause is to ensure consistency and quality control by establishing clear expectations for how grading is conducted, thereby reducing disputes over the acceptability of materials or work.
