Construction Operations. Limited to areas required for new construction. No area outside construction limits may be used for any purpose by the Service Providers contractor or subcontractors. Contractors shall provide temporary partitions to prevent pedestrian traffic through work area when any work is required in corridors or beyond construction operations. a) Contractors shall confine their equipment, storage of materials and operations of their workmen to area of work, and shall not bring materials onto site until reasonably required for progress of Work. b) Storage space will be confined to area of Work. Construction Operations. Construction operations shall be planned and organized to minimize conflicts with railroad operations. All operations are to be conducted in accordance with CSXT Safe Way policies and procedures, and are subject to CSXT approval. 1. Construction Operations. To reconstruct ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway along the frontage of the Land with a divided landscape median as depicted in Exhibit B attached requires removing the existing road. Construction Operations. 2.01 All delivery of materials to the site shall be to the loading dock. No materials may be delivered through the main entrance doors or through any building lobbies. Masonite floor protection and cardboard wall protection will be required throughout the period of work. 2.06 The Contractor is responsible for having "walk-off" mats at the exit(s) from the Tenant construction area. If necessary, mats are to be wetted to reduce the tracking of dust and debris outside the construction area. 2.07 The Contractor is responsible for vacuuming public corridors as necessary (at least daily). Contractor is to provide vacuum. 2.08 Under no circumstances will construction debris be allowed to remain in the Property or Building longer than twenty-four (24) hours. The construction area shall be kept clean and organized at all times. 2.09 Any construction worker caught stealing, drinking alcohol, or using any 66 illegal substance will be immediately banned from the Property. Expected behavior in a fully-occupied building is to be professional, especially in public. 2.10 While on-site, construction workers will be confined to the construction area only and all personnel involved in work shall park in the general parking area of the Property or as the Property Manager may from time to time designate. 2.11 Absolutely no food, beverages, or smoking will be allowed on the construction site after painting or installation of carpet has begun. 2.12 Electrical Contractor as part of his contractual obligation will advise Manager of meter(s) number for the Tenant improvement. 2.13 No cooking of any kind will be allowed on the construction site or Property. 2.14 Radios will not be allowed. 2.15 Noi...

Construction Operations. The construction of the joint box and manhole comprises the following operation: - (a) The digging of pilot holes to determine the proper location of the works. (b) The excavation of the required trench. (c) The construction of the joint box or manhole as per the standard drawing.

Construction Operations. A. Do not open the trench any further ahead of pipe laying operations than is necessary. Backfill and remove excess material immediately behind laying operations. Complete excavation and backfill for any portion of the trench in the same day. B. At the completion of the Work, CONTRACTOR will provide another professional certification by a registered engineer or land surveyor as to the location of completed improvements in relation to property lines, building lines, easements, and other boundaries. 6.8.3 CONTRACTOR will not load nor permit any part of any structure to be loaded in any manner that will endanger the structure, nor will CONTRACTOR subject any part of the Work, the Project Site, or adjacent property to stresses or pressures that will endanger it. 6.8.4 Except as otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, all Work will be performed solely during Working Hours, unless (i) more restrictive hours are required by City ordinances or other Legal Requirements governing CONTRACTOR’s performance of the Work, or (ii) the Contract Administrator approves expanded Working Hours in writing, such as in the event of emergencies, in which instance the Contract Administrator’s approval may be terminated at any time and for any reason without recourse to CONTRACTOR. The OWNER has the right to impose further restrictions on working hours reasonably related to the use of occupied facilities. No delays resulting from compliance with applicable Legal Requirements may form the basis for any claim by CONTRACTOR for delay damages or additional compensation or for any extensions of the Contract Time; any delays arising from restrictions related to the use of occupied facilities are non-compensable and any claims for extensions of the Contract Time relating to them will be filed in accord with Article 11 or the same will be conclusively deemed to have been waive...
